1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During holidays or while I’m attending art markets, processing may take a little longer. If so, I’ll do my best to post any updates on the website in advance.

All orders are shipped via CTT — Correios de Portugal.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
