Once you submit the form, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provided. The email will include a PDF copy of your withdrawal statement. We recommend keeping it as confirmation that your request has been successfully submitted.

You’re welcome to inspect your item as you would in a physical shop. If you decide to return it, please send it back in its original condition and package it securely for return shipping.

4. Handling with Care

Jewelry with delicate decorative elements, such as leaves, petals, twigs, and other fine details, should be handled with care.

The polymer clay used in our pieces has a certain degree of flexibility during normal use. However, repeated or intentional bending, twisting, squeezing, or other mechanical stress on individual elements may result in deformation or damage.

Please do not bend the decorative elements of your jewelry.
